Once you have set up MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) for your YBH of Passaic account, you will need to use an SMS text message verification code to sign-in. Please note, you will NOT be prompted for MFA at either of the YBH locations (only if you are connected to the Wi-Fi) or on YBH owned devices. Provided below, is a step-by step tutorial of the MFA sign-in process using a SMS text message verification code.
Please Note: MFA will be turned on and active starting August 26, 2024! Take the time to familiarize yourself with the instructions below now!
MFA Sign-in with SMS (Text Message)
1. Sign-in to your YBH account. You can do so by clicking here.
2. Once you've entered your username and password, you will receive the below prompt* to Verify your identity. Select the "Text" option, to receive the SMS verification on your phone**.
3. Check your text messages on your cellphone, you should receive a text message that look similar*** to the one in the image below* with a 6-digit verification code.
4. On the next screen*, enter the 6-digit verification code you just received via text message on your cellphone, and select Verify to sign-in.
